Keep the packing material out of children's reach. Dispose of it immediately.
* Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and check that no parts are
missing or possibly damaged.
* Remove all packaging material.
First time use
To ensure a long service-life of the water kettle, proceed as follows before using it for the first time:
1. Fill the kettle with water and add vinegar in a ratio of 1:3(1 part vinegar / 3 parts water).
2. Bring to a boil (see Boiling water), then pour away.
3. Allow the kettle to cool down and then refill it fresh water, boil the water and then pour it away, again. To avoid scale deposits, descale the water kettle at regular intervals (after about every 15th use) as described in the section "Descaling".

WARNING risk of fire and burns
* The kettle and its lid become hot while in use. Do not touch them.
* The lid must be tightly closed during the boiling process. It must not be opened while pouring water out. Let the appliance cool down before opening the lid.
CAUTION - material damage/slight injuries
* Do not fill the water container with less than 8.8 fl oz(0.25 litres) or more than 59.8 fl oz(1.7 litres) of water.

The lid opens automatically.
2. Fill the kettle with the amount of water required.
You can check the filling level on the indicator .
3. Press the lid front location down firmly to close it.
Make sure that the lid engage saudibly and perceptibly,
otherwise the water kettle may not switch off.
4. Fully unwind the power cord and run it through the cable guide channel.
5. Plug the mains cable into an earthed socket that is within easy reach
6. Place the kettle on the base and the red light is on.
7. Set the On/ Off switch to I.
The control blue lamp lights up to indicate that the kettle is on
When the water is boiling, the kettle switches off automatically
and the control blue lamp goes out，the red light is on.
8. If you wish to stop heating the water before it boils , set the
On/Off switch to 0.
WARNINGrisk of fire and burns
* Be sure that the water kettle is switched off before taking it off the power base.
9. After the water has come to a boil, wait a moment ,until the water has stopped simmering.
Remove the kettle from the water base.
10 . Pour the water out slowly to avoid splashing. Do not open the lid while pouring out the water.

Keep the packing material out of children's reach. Dispose of it immediately.
* Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and check that no parts are
missing or possibly damaged.

First time use
To ensure a long service-life of the water kettle, proceed as follows before using it for the first time:
1. Fill the kettle with water and add vinegar in a ratio of 1:3(1 part vinegar / 3 parts water).
2. Bring to a boil (see Boiling water), then pour away.
3. Allow the kettle to cool down and then refill it fresh water, boil the water and then pour it away, again. To avoid scale deposits, descale the water kettle at regular intervals (after about every 15th use) as described in the section "Descaling".

* The kettle and its lid become hot while in use. Do not touch them.
* The lid must be tightly closed during the boiling process. It must not be opened while pouring water out. Let the appliance cool down before opening the lid.
CAUTION - material damage/slight injuries
* Do not fill the water container with less than 8.8 fl oz(0.25 litres) or more than 59.8 fl oz(1.7 litres) of water.

2. Fill the kettle with the amount of water required.
You can check the filling level on the indicator .
3. Press the lid front location down firmly to close it.
Make sure that the lid engage saudibly and perceptibly,
otherwise the water kettle may not switch off.
4. Fully unwind the power cord and run it through the cable guide channel.
5. Plug the mains cable into an earthed socket that is within easy reach
6. Place the kettle on the base and the red light is on.
7. Set the On/ Off switch to I.
The control blue lamp lights up to indicate that the kettle is on

8. If you wish to stop heating the water before it boils , set the
On/Off switch to 0.

INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE
Hospice Southland needs artwork for the cover of the 2013 Christmas Cards. These cards are sent to supporters of Hospice Southland and are sold through the Hospice Southland newsletter and Hospice Shops as a fundraiser. We look to our young Southland artists for the true meaning of Christmas.
Hospice Southland in association with H&J Smith is asking schools to participate by allowing students to design the front cover of the Hospice Southland Christmas Card for the following year - this may be a fun art class session or students could complete as a school holiday fun activity.
There are vouchers from H&J Smith up for grabs for winner and two runners up in each of the four age groups. Every student who participates will receive a participation certificate. Judges will pick a winner from each of the four age groups that will subsequently be on to be the cover of the Hospice Southland Christmas Cards for the following year.

Добрый день, дорогие родители и уважаемые педагоги! Мы начинаем наш сегодняшний праздник, "Последнего звонка". Незаметно пролетели 10 школьных лет, и пришла пора прощаться с детством. Пришло время переходить на новый жизненный этап, но это ещё впереди. А сейчас, уважаемые гости, давайте поприветствуем виновников сегодняшнего торжества. Встречайте несмолкающими аплодисментами наших выпускников...
1. Под звуки музыки в зал приглашаются выпускники:
- Встречаем 11 "б" класса, классный руководитель Жунтова Наталья Митрофановна;
- 11 "у" класса, классный руководитель Панасюк Любовь Григорьевна;
- 11 "и" класса, классный руководитель Тунгулина Татьяна Михайловна;
- 11 "г" класса, классный руководитель Саликова Любовь Евгеньевна.
2. Звучит "Вальс расставанья" - учащиеся танцуют вальс.
Ведущий 1: Здравствуйте, дорогие учителя, родители, выпускники и гости сегодняшнего торжества.
Ведущий 2: Мы рады приветствовать, вас в нашем зале.
Ведущий 3: Сегодня день контрастов, он и радостный и грустный одновременно.
Ведущий 1: Сегодня мы прощаемся не только со школой, но и с беззаботным детством. В нашей жизни сегодня особенное событие - закончился важный этап нашей жизни, мы закончили школу.
Ведущий 2: Школа, которую мы любим, хоть иногда не хотим в нее идти.
Ведущий 3. Даа. Школа - это, как ни говорите, все-таки наш второй дом, где нам знаком каждый уголок, где в каждом кабинете есть свое излюбленное место.
Ведущий 1: А в каждом доме есть свой хозяин, который сохраняет в этом доме порядок.
Ведущий 2: Для торжественного открытие последнего звонка, на сцену приглашается директор МОУ "СОШ№1" Петряев Александр Владимирович.
(фанфары)
3. Речь директора, представителей от департамента образования.
после слов объявляю открытой (гимн РФ)
(Звучит звуковой сигнал, на Ж/Д станции.)
Голос за кадром: Внимание, внимание, внимание, поезд "Первая школа - взрослая жизнь" будит отправляться от первого пути, пассажиров просьба не опаздывать, провожающих вовремя покинуть вагоны.
(Шум вокзала, отходящего поезда)
(На сцене появляются ребята с багажом. У кого-то много сумок, банок. Склянок, у кого-то 0дин чемодан, у кого маленький пакетик. (возможны надписи: знание, умение, навыки, опыт и т.п)
1. Ну что все здесь, я спрашиваю, все собрались, ничего не забыли?
2. Вроде бы все, ну что вот всё и закончилось, пора в путь.
3. Да пара, но страшно, как-то, я вот совсем налегке что-то, а вдруг у меня там, что-нибудь не получится.
4. Не переживайте ребята, справимся, всё преодолеем, ведь не зря же мы столько лет в школе проучились.
5. И вправду, а помните как всё начиналось? (все задумываются, уходят на задний план)
Действия на сцене, разворачиваются по хронологии, начальная, средняя, старшая школа)

Голос за кадром: Первый визит в школу, 1 класс.
1сцена: Родители ведут ребёнка в школу, он радостный с удовольствием и любопытством, рассматривает, всё вокруг, с желанием идёт за учителем.

Голо за кадром: Поход в школу в классе 7-8.
2 сцена: Родители, тащат ребёнка в школу, ребёнок упирается, при встрече с учителем пытается удрать, учитель, заманивает его хлебными крошками.

Голос за кадром: Школа наши дни.
3 сцена: Ребёнок тащит родителей в школу, они упираются находя отговорки, учитель встречает ребёнка нагружает его пакетами с книгами, и машет вслед рукой. (либо он сопротивляется. Рвётся в школу, учитель его ели выпихивает из неё)
1. Да было время, ну а пока наш поезд не отправился в свой долгий путь, предлагаю послушать обращение к нам тех, чья, школьная жизнь ещё только-только начинается.

4. Выступление младшего звена.

Konjunkturální průzkum - září 2012 Důvěra v ekonomiku se mírně snížila 24.9. 2012
Celková důvěra v domácí ekonomiku se v září nepatrně snížila. Souhrnný indikátor důvěry (indikátor ekonomického sentimentu) se ve srovnání se srpnem snížil o 0,2 bodu. Mezi podnikateli se důvěra v ekonomiku zvýšila v obchodě a ve službách; ve stavebnictví a v průmyslu klesla. Důvěra spotřebitelů se meziměsíčně snížila. Ve srovnání s hodnotami v září 2011 jsou souhrnný indikátor důvěry, indikátor důvěry podnikatelů i indikátor důvěry spotřebitelů nižší.
V průmyslu se v září hodnocení současné celkové ekonomické situace mírně snížilo. Hodnocení současné celkové poptávky se nezměnilo, hodnocení zahraniční poptávky se zvýšilo. Zásoby hotových výrobků se podle respondentů mírně zvýšily. Respondenti očekávají pro příští tři měsíce neměnnost tempa výrobní činnosti a snížení zaměstnanosti. Očekávání vývoje ekonomické situace pro období příštích tří měsíců se nezměnila, pro příštích šest měsíců jsou vyšší než v srpnu. Celkově se důvěra v průmyslu oproti minulému měsíci snížila, a oproti hodnotám ze září 2011 je také nižší.

John 4:1-39 (NKJV with minor revisions)
A [1] Therefore, when the Lord knew that the Pharisees had heard that Jesus made and baptized more disciples than John [2] (though Jesus Himself did not baptize, but His disciples), [3] He left Judea and departed again to Galilee. [4] But He needed to go through Samaria.
B [5] So He came to a city of Samaria which is called Sychar, near the plot of ground that Jacob gave to his son Joseph. [6] Now Jacob's well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied from His journey, sat thus by the well. It was about the sixth hour.
C [7] A woman of Samaria came to draw water. Jesus said to her, "Give Me a drink." [8] For His disciples had gone away into the city to buy meat. [9] Then the woman of Samaria said to Him, "How is it that You, being a Jew, ask a drink from me, a Samaritan woman?" For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans.
D [10] Jesus answered and said to her, "If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, 'Give Me a drink,' you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water." [11] The woman said to Him, "Sir, You have nothing to draw with, and the well is deep. Where then do You get that living water? [12] Are You greater than our father Jacob, who gave us the well, and drank from it himself, as well as his sons and his livestock?"
E [13] Jesus answered and said to her, "Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again, [14] but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life." [15] The woman said to Him, "Sir, give me this water, that I may not thirst, nor come here to draw."
F [16] Jesus said to her, "Go, call your husband, and come here." [17] The woman answered and said, "I have no husband." Jesus said to her, "You have well said, 'I have no husband,' [18] for you have had five husbands, and the one whom you now have is not your husband; in that you spoke truly." [19] The woman said to Him, "Sir, I perceive that You are a prophet. [20] Our fathers worshiped on this mountain, and you Jews say that in Jerusalem is the place where one ought to worship."
G [21] Jesus said to her, "Woman, believe Me, the hour is coming when you will neither on this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, worship the Father. [22] You worship what you do not know; we know what we worship, for salvation is of the Jews. [23] But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. [24] God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."
H [25] The woman said to Him, "I know that Messiah is coming" (who is called Christ). "When He comes, He will tell us all things." [26] Jesus said to her, "I who speak to you am He."
I [27] And at this point His disciples came, and they marveled that He talked with a woman; yet no one said, "What do You seek?" or, "Why are You talking with her?" [28] The woman then left her waterpot, went her way into the city, and said to the men, [29] "Come, see a Man who told me all things that I ever did. Could this be the Christ?" [30] Then they went out of the city and came to Him.
J [31] In the meantime His disciples urged Him, saying, "Rabbi, eat." [32] But He said to them, "I have food to eat of which you do not know." [33] Therefore the disciples said to one another, "Has anyone brought Him anything to eat?" [34] Jesus said to them, "My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work.
K [35] Do you not say, 'There are still four months and then comes the harvest'? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest! [36] And he who reaps receives wages, and gathers fruit for eternal life, that both he who sows and he who reaps may rejoice together. RESUM DELS DOCUMENTS CONGRESSUALS DE LA FEDERACIÓ D'ENSENYAMENT
Els documents consten de tres grans apartats: CONTEXT, ANÀLISI DE LA SITUACIÓ DE LA FEDERACIÓ D'ENSENYAMENT i ORGANITZACIÓ DE LA FEDERACIÓ D'ENSENYAMENT
A cadascun dels apartats s'analitzen les següents qüestions:
1. CONTEXT
A. Context polític: considerem necessària l'anàlisi de l'actual crisi antropològica, transistèmica, que està transformant les nostres vides laborals i professionals i el sistema educatiu, en el mateix moviment amb què transforma l'economia, l'energia, la societat, la cultura i la política, per identificar-ne causes i efectes. El conflicte educatiu només té solució en la confluència amb la lluita general pel canvi. I, alhora, només una educació nova pot encaminar una transformació de les elits i un projecte de futur per a la classe treballadora.
En aquest apartat, intentem analitzar somerament l'anomenada crisi del sistema financer, la dimensió mundial d'aquesta crisi i l'agreujament derivat de les respostes governamentals que s'hi han donat, que per uns s'anomena crisi, per altres estafa, i que podríem batejar com a cristafa. En aquest anàlisi, considerem que el neoliberalisme ha aconseguit aplaçar per tres dècades els grans problemes que el capitalisme tenia plantejats ja en els 70 i que aquests problemes segueixen aquí, augmentats i agreujats, portant a una crisi de civilització evident: el canvi climàtic, la crisi ecològica, la creixent dificultat del capitalisme per a restaurar la taxa de benefici i per a conviure amb formes mínimament democràtiques de vida política.
També intentem donar resposta a aquests atacs, i definim que les CCOO d'Ensenyament apostem, en primer lloc, per l'acció unitària i per l'organització del conflicte social en complicitat amb les organitzacions de la comunitat educativa. Aquest conflicte requereix d'esforços organitzatius d'àmplia base, i democràtics, ja que la lluita en comú és la que ens farà avançar cap a la confluència des de la dispersió, cap a l'organització des de l'espontaneïtat, en un procés llarg i difícil, al voltant d'una dinàmica de mobilització permanent, i donat que l'espoli afecta la majoria de la població, caldrà afrontar-la des d'una perspectiva que superi els límits sindicals.
En aquestes circumstàncies, considerem que la vaga general i les jornades de protesta cívica es converteixen en el marc de participació de totes les forces socials, polítiques i sindicals i de tots els sectors i classes que aspirem a una sortida social de la crisi i que aconseguirem, per mitjà d'una acció concertada, un procés de construcció democràtica contrària al neoliberalisme.
Creiem que rellançar el projecte europeu és la nostra primera tasca, ja que ha de ser el nostre espai d'enfrontament, insistint en el fet que per mantenir la pau és necessari crear de nou el benestar i assegurar-lo, participant en la construcció d'un sistema alternatiu doncs el sistema social de mercat conegut fins ara no es pot reconstruir.
Però el que ni podem ni hem de definir és el QUAN. No podem perquè els elements que juguen en la crisi orgànica que estem vivint són múltiples i incontrolables, i perquè no ens correspon a nosaltres sols analitzar-ho. El sindicat no pot anar, de moment, més enllà de la seva funció reivindicativa immediata: defensa del salari directe, indirecte i diferit dins del marc real en què ens movem. Mentrestant, hem d'impulsar la unitat amb totes les forces espontànies que vagin confluint, aportant organització i sobretot perspectiva a tots els moviments espontanis i reflexió sobre l'estratègia que s'ha de seguir, però conscients que l'organització de l'alternativa, finalment, correspon a la política.

ВПЛИВ ПРОБЛЕМНИХ АКТИВІВ
НА ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЙНІ ПРОЦЕСИ
В БАНКІВСЬКІЙ СИСТЕМІ УКРАЇНИ
У посткризовий період головною проблемою залишається покращення структури банківських балансів, зменшення частки проблемних кредитів та проблемних активів у цілому, що дозволить покращити результати своєї діяльності, підвищити довіру населення до банківських структур та дасть змогу відновити кредитування реального сектору економіки. Щоб не допустити подальшого зростання частки проблемних активів (токсичних), що може призвести до великих збитків, необхідно вжити заходів щодо очищення балансів від них. Сьогодні важливе практичне значення має розробка сучасних підходів до трансформації банківської системи в напрямку вдосконалення організації управління проблемними активами на основі системи організаційно-правових і адміністративних заходів. Одним із методів "реанімації" банківського сектору є створення так званих перехідних банків, брідж-банків.
В умовах посткризового розвитку України особливо актуальним є питання оздоровлення банківського сектору, зокрема відновлення його ліквідності. Оскільки високий рівень проблемних активів створює для банків серйозні труднощі:
* по-перше, недоотримання доходів знижує ефективність діяльності;
* по-друге, порушення планових термінів повернення розміщених активів погіршує ліквідність фінансової установи та вимагає залучення додаткових ресурсів;
* по-третє, трудовитрати і фінансові витрати на судові процедури і формування резервів, а також збитки, що виникають внаслідок неповернення кредитів, зменшують регулятивний капітал банку.
Тому подолання тенденції до накопичення проблемних активів, а отже, й ризику масової неплатоспроможності банків - необхідна умова відновлення економічного зростання в країні.
Як відомо, оздоровлення банківського балансу можливе:
* на мікрорівні: шляхом реструктуризації проблемної заборгованості;
* на макрорівні: шляхом переведення проблемних активів у спеціально створену організацію.
Викуп проблемних банківських активів можна здійснювати або через механізм брідж-банку (американська модель), або "госпітального банку" (німецька модель).
Брідж-банк - це тимчасова фінансова установа створена з метою утримання працюючих (непроблемних, нетоксичних) активів та зобов'язань проблемного банку, тобто основне призначення "брідж-банку" полягає у "пом'якшенні" наслідків банкрутства проблемного банку шляхом забезпечення процесу обслуговування клієнтів такого банку за рахунок продажу (переведення) до "брідж-банку" працюючих активів і застрахованих зобов'язань та зменшення навантаження на систему гарантування вкладів на певний період до моменту їх продажу інвесторам. Проте цю операцію не варто застосовувати лише з метою "затягування часу" і давати можливість нежиттєздатному банку продовжувати діяльність протягом тривалого періоду, оскільки такий банк може втратити свою ринкову вартість унаслідок масового відпливу вкладів.
Таким чином, метою створення "брідж-банку" є: забезпечення безперервності здійснення банківських операцій шляхом передачі йому активів та зобов'язань нежиттєздатного банку на період до прийняття остаточного рішення з урегулювання не платоспроможності останнього.
До недоліки створення брідж-банку відносять: потенційно великі витрати системи депозитного страхування, можливість зловживання при виборі форми і ціни продажу активів, великі терміни повернення незастрахованих зобов'язань. Слід зазначити, що доцільно створювати такі банки за умови, якщо витрати, пов'язані з їх організацією і функціонуванням, не перевищують витрат з ліквідації банків-банкрутів.
Термін "госпітальній банк" застосовується для позначення фінансового інституту, створеного з метою переведення до нього проблемних активів.

У посткризовий період головною проблемою залишається покращення структури банківських балансів, зменшення частки проблемних кредитів та проблемних активів у цілому, що дозволить покращити результати своєї діяльності, підвищити довіру населення до банківських структур та дасть змогу відновити кредитування реального сектору економіки. Щоб не допустити подальшого зростання частки проблемних активів (токсичних), що може призвести до великих збитків, необхідно вжити заходів щодо очищення балансів від них. Сьогодні важливе практичне значення має розробка сучасних підходів до трансформації банківської системи в напрямку вдосконалення організації управління проблемними активами на основі системи організаційно-правових і адміністративних заходів. Одним із методів "реанімації" банківського сектору є створення так званих перехідних банків, брідж-банків.
В умовах посткризового розвитку України особливо актуальним є питання оздоровлення банківського сектору, зокрема відновлення його ліквідності. Оскільки високий рівень проблемних активів створює для банків серйозні труднощі:
* по-перше, недоотримання доходів знижує ефективність діяльності;
* по-друге, порушення планових термінів повернення розміщених активів погіршує ліквідність фінансової установи та вимагає залучення додаткових ресурсів;
* по-третє, трудовитрати і фінансові витрати на судові процедури і формування резервів, а також збитки, що виникають внаслідок неповернення кредитів, зменшують регулятивний капітал банку.
Тому подолання тенденції до накопичення проблемних активів, а отже, й ризику масової неплатоспроможності банків - необхідна умова відновлення економічного зростання в країні.
Як відомо, оздоровлення банківського балансу можливе:
* на мікрорівні: шляхом реструктуризації проблемної заборгованості;
* на макрорівні: шляхом переведення проблемних активів у спеціально створену організацію.
Викуп проблемних банківських активів можна здійснювати або через механізм брідж-банку (американська модель), або "госпітального банку" (німецька модель).
Брідж-банк - це тимчасова фінансова установа створена з метою утримання працюючих (непроблемних, нетоксичних) активів та зобов'язань проблемного банку, тобто основне призначення "брідж-банку" полягає у "пом'якшенні" наслідків банкрутства проблемного банку шляхом забезпечення процесу обслуговування клієнтів такого банку за рахунок продажу (переведення) до "брідж-банку" працюючих активів і застрахованих зобов'язань та зменшення навантаження на систему гарантування вкладів на певний період до моменту їх продажу інвесторам. Проте цю операцію не варто застосовувати лише з метою "затягування часу" і давати можливість нежиттєздатному банку продовжувати діяльність протягом тривалого періоду, оскільки такий банк може втратити свою ринкову вартість унаслідок масового відпливу вкладів.
Таким чином, метою створення "брідж-банку" є: забезпечення безперервності здійснення банківських операцій шляхом передачі йому активів та зобов'язань нежиттєздатного банку на період до прийняття остаточного рішення з урегулювання не платоспроможності останнього.
До недоліки створення брідж-банку відносять: потенційно великі витрати системи депозитного страхування, можливість зловживання при виборі форми і ціни продажу активів, великі терміни повернення незастрахованих зобов'язань. Слід зазначити, що доцільно створювати такі банки за умови, якщо витрати, пов'язані з їх організацією і функціонуванням, не перевищують витрат з ліквідації банків-банкрутів.
Термін "госпітальній банк" застосовується для позначення фінансового інституту, створеного з метою переведення до нього проблемних активів.
Основна мета функціонування таких банків полягає в тому, шо проблемні (токсичні) активи замість того, щоб ліквідовуватись у авральному порядку й за будь-якими цін

CONCEPT OF OPERATIONS
Recovery Operations:
The Town of Yucca Valley and the special districts serving the Town utilizing SEMS/NIMS concept of operation will be involved in recovery operations. In the aftermath of a disaster, many citizens will have specific needs that must be met before they can pick up their pre-disaster lives. Typically, there will be a need for such services as these:
* Assessment of the extent and severity of damages to homes and other property;
* Restoration of services generally available in communities - water, food, and medical assistance;
* Repair of damaged homes and property; and
* Professional counseling when the sudden changes resulting from the emergency have resulted in mental anguish and inability to cope.
The Town of Yucca Valley will help individuals and families recover by ensuring that these services are available and by seeking additional resources locally, operational area, regionally, state and federal, as the community needs them.
TWO PHASE RECOVERY
Recovery in Two Phases:
Recovery occurs in two phases: short-term and long-term. Short-term recovery operations will begin during the response phase of the emergency. The major objectives of short-term recovery operations include rapid debris removal and clean-up, and orderly and coordinated restoration of essential services (electricity, water, gas, and sanitary systems). Short-term recovery operations will include all the agencies participating in the Town's disaster response.
The major objectives of long-term recovery operations include:
* Coordinated delivery of long-term social and health services;
* Improved land use planning;
* An improved Yucca Valley Emergency Operations Plan;
* Re-establishing the local economy to pre-disaster levels;
* Recovery of disaster response costs; and
* The effective integration of mitigation strategies into recovery planning and operations.
Yucca Valley will handle long-term recovery activities on its own, separate from the San Bernardino Operational Area. Changes to the plan will be coordinated with all participating departments and agencies. Structures that present public safety threats will be demolished and abated during short-term recovery operations.
Short-term Recovery:
The goal of short-term recovery is to restore local government services to at least minimal capacity. Short-term recovery includes:
* Utility restoration;
* Expanded social services;
* Medical and mental health services;
* Re-establishment of the Town of Yucca Valley government operations;
* Transportation route restoration;
* Debris removal and clean-up operations; and
* The abatement and demolition of hazardous structures.
Yucca Valley will coordinate with special district and private utility companies on all efforts to restore utility systems and services during recovery operations. Medical services will continue in temporary facilities, as necessary. San Bernardino County Health Department will be requested to coordinate and conduct Critical Stre

Wilt u deelnemen aan het MIDFONDCLUB rayon 2 spel (een extra spel waarbij onder de deelnemers prijzen en twee klassementen met natura prijzen wordt vervlogen), dan dient u dit op de uniforme inkorflijst N.P.O. niveau 3 in te vullen. Om deel te nemen is het erg belangrijk dat u de kolom GEZET èn kolom 20 op de N.P.O. poulebrief of op de elektronische poulebrief invult (hierin vult u het aantal duiven dat u meegeeft in). Vult u beide kolommen niet in, dan maakt u geen kans op onderstaande gratis prijzen (bij deelname). Verder dienen de poulebrieven volledig ingevuld te worden inclusief de jaartallen van de duiven.
De onkosten zijn 10 eurocent per duif en de uitslag kost 160 eurocent (is verplicht indien u deelneemt of poult).

______________________________________ именуемое в дальнейшем "Лицензиат", в лице _____________________________, действующего на основании Устава, с одной стороны, и ФГУП "Гознак", именуемое в дальнейшем "Сублицензиат", в лице заместителя генерального директора по экономике и финансам В.В. Павлова, действующего на основании доверенности № 79 Д от 12.07.2012, с другой стороны, совместно именуемые как "Стороны" и каждый в отдельности - "Сторона", заключили настоящий Сублицензионный договор (далее - "Договор") о нижеследующем:
1. Предмет Договора
1.1. Лицензиат обязуется, в течение срока действия Договора, предоставить Сублицензиату неисключительные (ограниченные) права на использование программного обеспечения для ЭВМ (далее - "ПО"), перечень и описание которого содержится в Спецификации ПО (Приложение № 1 Договора), далее именуемые "Права пользования", а Сублицензиат за предоставление этих прав уплачивает Лицензиату вознаграждение, установленное Договором.
1.2. Договор заключается Лицензиатом в соответствии с Лицензионным договором № _______ от _______ г., заключенным между ______________________________________ и ЗАО "________________________", выписка из которого приведена в Приложение №3 Договора.
1.3. Свидетельство о государственной регистрации ПО и сертификаты ФСТЭК России приведены в Приложении №2 Договора.
2. Порядок и сроки передачи прав
2.1. Наименование ПО, количество разрешенных установок, размер вознаграждения за Права пользования ПО, которые предоставляются Лицензиатом Сублицензиату по Договору, а также иные условия, указаны в Приложении №1 Договора.
2.2. Предоставление Прав пользования по Договору на конкретное ПО сопровождается передачей сопроводительных материалов, технической документации, документов, подтверждающих Права пользования ПО (лицензий) и иных принадлежностей, необходимых для эффективного использования прав Сублицензиатом.
2.3. Права пользования ПО предоставляются Лицензиатом Сублицензиату не позднее 5 (пяти) рабочих дней с даты подписания Сторонами Договора и фиксируются в Акте приема-передачи Прав пользования ПО.
2.4. Права считаются предоставленными Сублицензиату с даты подписания Сторонами Акта приёма-передачи Прав пользования ПО.
3. Размер вознаграждения и порядок расчетов
3.1. Размер вознаграждения за Права пользования ПО, передаваемые Лицензиатом Сублицензиату по Договору, указан в Спецификации ПО на которое передаются права пользования по Договору (Приложение № 1 Договора) и составляет ____________ (__________________) рублей __ копеек без НДС. Вознаграждение не облагается НДС в соответствии с подпунктом 26 пункта 2 статьи 149 НК РФ.
3.2. Размер вознаграждения, указанный в Приложении № 1 Договора, является твердым и изменению не подлежит. В размер вознаграждения включены все расходы Лицензиата, связанные с исполнением обязательств, предусмотренных Договором.
3.3. Оплата за предоставленные Права пользования по Договору осуществляется Сублицензиатом после подписания Сторонами Акта приёма-передачи Прав пользования ПО в течение 10 (десяти) рабочих дней с даты получения счета Сублицензиатом. Счет-фактура в соответствии с действующим законодательством, выставляется Лицензиатом в течение 5 (пяти) календарных дней с даты подписания Акта приёма-передачи Прав пользования ПО.
4. Объем и способы использования предоставляемых прав
4.1. По Договору Сублицензиату передаются следующие права:
4.1.1. Устанавливать и использовать ПО на рабочих местах в количестве, указанном в Приложении № 1 Договора.

Oktatási cél: A hallgatók nyelvi felkészítése a kritériumtárgyra. A hallgatóknak az itt szerzett szaknyelvi tudás előnyt jelenthet a későbbi munkavállalásnál.
Tematika: A matematika és a fizika alapszókincsének elsajátítása. A fizika és a gépészet területéről választott szövegek segítségével ismerkedés a német szaknyelvvel. A szövegek feldolgozása célirányos feladattípusokkal.
A hallgatók önálló kiselőadásai az általuk választott gépészeti témáról.

A zárthelyi, a kötelező fordítás és a szódolgozatok összesített értékelése 1...5 jegyekkel történik. A hallgató "letiltva" indexbejegyzést kap, ha hiányzása meghaladja a teljes óraszám 30%-át (13 óra), ha kötelező fordítási feladatát nem adta be vagy nem írja meg a zárthelyit.
